Data protection
This site does not follow you around. It only collects something if you fill in the Book a call form, and here is exactly what.
Who handles this data

What this site does not do
No cookies, no trackers, no analytics, no social media buttons. Browsing here leaves nothing on your device and tells us nothing about you.
What the form sends
If you fill it in and send it, we receive what you put in it:
- what takes up most of your time — the options you picked;
- your line of work and the size of your team;
- your first name and your company name, if you give them;
- the meeting time you picked, if you book one;
- the name of the link that brought you here, if it carries one — a brochure, for example;
- the email or phone number to reach you on — the only required field, and an email if you book a time.
Nothing else is sent: not your IP address, not your browser, not the pages you looked at.
Why
To prepare the meeting you booked, or to call you back and arrange the audit. Not to add you to a list, not to send you campaigns.
Where this data is kept
In a database hosted in Zurich, in Switzerland. The notification that reaches us goes through Infomaniak's mail service, also in Switzerland. If you book a time, the invitation goes out through the same service, to your address and to three people on our team, and the meeting itself runs on kMeet, Infomaniak's video-conferencing service, through its servers in Switzerland. Your answers do not leave the country.
Who has access
The Intuitive Works team, and nobody else. This data is not sold, not exchanged, not passed to third parties.
For how long
Two years after we last spoke. After that, the request is deleted. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner, at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold on you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. An email to hello@intuitiveworks.ch is enough, with no reason to give, and we answer within thirty days.
